How Physical Therapy Can Change Your Life
At Davis and DeRosa Physical Therapy Clinic in El Segundo, California, we always begin with a comprehensive assessment. Based on the results, we develop a tailored treatment plan that combines various therapies to get to the root cause of your condition. We work together with you to create a customized plan that works with your lifestyle, too.
Sometimes, an injury heals spontaneously. In a few days, or weeks perhaps, the pain is gone, and you can go back to what you like to do. But other times, injuries affect the balance in your system, and your body responds with dysfunctional results. Over time, even an acute injury can become a chronic problem.
Whether you have had pain for a short time or if you have suffered for months or even years, physical therapy can make a difference. By realigning the balance in your body, releasing tight tissues, and untying painful knots, physical therapy helps you return to the active life you deserve.
